UANYCHM2020 Week 14

Forty one days until race!

  • W14D1: 1.5mi very easy; drills + 3x strides; 6x 0.25mi @ 6:48/mile + 1:30 jog rest; 1.5mi very easy
  • W14D2: 4.0mi @ 8:52/mile
  • W14D3: 1.5mi very easy; drills + 3x strides; 3.0mi @ 7:41/mile + 5:00 jog rest + 10x (0:24 @ 6:25/mile + 0:30 jog rest); 1.5mi very easy
  • W14D4: 12.0mi @ 8:52/mile

W14D1 Speed went okay-ish, I got through all the reps then skipped the 1.5mi cool down. I went to the Nassau Aquatic Center and swam a total of 1,000m instead. I also performed D1 on a Wednesday instead of Tuesday because I was not feeling it on Tuesday (lazy).

W14D2 Easy was easy, a bit hot. I watched Schitt's Creek to overcome the boredom.
