Indoor Ride on a Dumb Bike

It's Monday, that means Ride class day. As a matter of fact, it's going to be the only ride class for this week since I won't be able to do Wed, Thu, Sat, and Sun classes because class is too early (6pm), Halloween night, too close to NYCM day, and NYCM day. I gotta make today count!

Above 200W avg for the session is good, for now

Today was toughhh. Hill climbing was early and I probably pushed a bit much, especially in position 2 and 3. My quads were burning 10 mins in. Up to around 25 mins my power average was about 230, and it went downhill from there since the latter half was mostly sprinting.

I tried out my new Polar Vantage V/H10 combo today. No luck connecting the watch with the stationary bike, I have no idea why. Interestingly, the bike picked up HR data from H10. So my cardio load would still count (on Polar Flow), but my distance will still be 0. I will never get that power data recorded as well... I really want to get a Peloton to not having to worry about all this shit, but it's $$$
