Easing back in

Over the last 2 months I have started running again (some cycling too). I haven't been able to run long because: 1. Loss of fitness, 2. Too humid out. I have done mostly 1-3.1 miles, only 2x 6.2 miles as 'long' run. COVID is lurking out there but the weather has been pretty nice out there (beside being hot/humid). I did some longer rides (15-22.5 miles) in preparation for the 275-min virtual ride on July 18.

This week I just decided enough is enough and I started base building again. I'm aiming to do 25 miles for week 1. The 6.2-mile run on Monday was slow (intentionally) and good. Hope I'll be able to keep that up.
