Back running again

Over the last few weeks I have been training regularly again. It's a 10K program so weekly mileage is around 25-40. I'm into week 4 now and it's starting to feel great. Last week the temp dipped to high 40 which was perfect. It's now generally mid-70s but as we move into Oct there won't be any more heat days. The best running season is here, AGAIN!

Steadily climbing the fitness mountain

Towards the end of the 12-week program I expect to hit 65-70. Then into January/February if things go well we can expect to hit 100. By then I'd really like to set new 5K/10K PRs. Finger crossed!
